Healthy Skin Care

It's important to know your type of skin so you can select the right skin care program for you. Young healthy looking skin comes from the knowledge of how to take care of it!

The Elements that Influence Your Skin

Hormones, skin disorders, health problems, diet, medications, climate, and skin care products are some of the elements.

Your skin changes from season to season, week to week and even day to day. Different skin types require different products.

For example, many skin types need active ingredients found in sunscreens. If you know your skin type, you know the type of base the sunscreen should have, such as lotion, cream, gel or liquid to mention a few. To many times we do more harm to our skin by categorizing our skin type incorrectly.

Determine your skin type and the type of skin care products that are right for you. You need quality skin care products like those at SkinCare.com.
