These nutrition and fitness book reviews are of books I have personally read and used. There are so many books on these topics in today's market, it can be confusing which one you should buy. Different books may touch on the same subjects, yet they can be so different. Each year more books are published. Yet we still face overweight and obesity issues as well as many health issues related to poor eating habits and lack of physical activity. There are many excellent references at our disposal. Many of these books not only give you the proper choices in food, they also educate you about foods geared towards healing.
