Our mind power is an important function contributing to situations in our daily life.
We have to choose if positive or negative thoughts will be the power of our thinking.
To change outer conditions, we have to first change our inner conditions.
Our thoughts and beliefs must change, and our conscious mind has to be trained to do this.

We don't consider this is done every day in simple techniques. We use meditation, imagery and visualization to relieve stress and tension.
Our conscious feeds our subconscious. By planting only positive thoughts in our subconscious, we'll project positive emotions. Our most often thoughts become stronger and affect our expectations.
Thoughts have real strength. How we think can impact what happens around us. Negative thinking causes failure and leaves us frustrated and unsure of our self.
Counteract the Thought
When you recognize you're thinking a negative thought, immediately stop it. Replace that thought with a complete positive thought.
Use Affirmations
Affirmations are simply thoughts or statements that you repeat to yourself. Repeat the thought over and over...as much as it takes to make it a permanent positive thought.
Acknowledge That Thought
When you recognize a negative thought you are thinking, acknowledge it. This makes you aware the thought is negative and helps you reinforce the positive thought.
You know what your goal is and what you want to accomplish. Let's put the techniques to work.
Imagery/Visualization
Get a mental image of your goal using imagery. Use your imagination to see it clearly.
If this is hard to do, get a picture that gives you the image of your goal.
Example: If you're wanting to buy a home, take a picture of that home. Focus on that image. Visualize your goal.
Verbal Acknowledgement
Talk to people about your goal. Be positive and enthusiastic. Transmit your positive thoughts to others.
Speak to yourself, affirm your goal with positive thoughts. Plant the positive seeds into your subconscious.
Motivation
Think often about your goal, how it will change your life. Affirm the advantages and benefits of your goal.
Believe in your goal, your dreams and changes you want to make in your life. Practice and practice ... it develops your skill to perform mind power.
