Every day, I talk with people who are frustrated with dieting and exercise and go through an endless cycle of losing and gaining weight.
I have gone through this same cycle myself over and over again. The endless process of losing and gaining 10-15lbs. It's really frustrating and I never could pin point where I went wrong or how I let myself get out of shape over and over again.
