I believe another misconception is about self discipline. Self discipline is the ability to take action regardless of your emotional situation. That's a very powerful statement, but it's also doable.
It's all part of self awareness, knowing who you are, what your challenges are and being able to make changes in your daily life. Changes that will give you well being and inner peace.

What I do know is if we don't try, we don't succeed. Hence the old saying ... "Try..Try...Try Again!"
